Terms and Conditions

Gift Vouchers are available for treatments and products. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers and must be produced at the time of appointment/treatment. No change will be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry. Balances cannot be transferred to other vouchers. 

Tranquil Spa is not responsible or liable for vouchers that are lost, stolen or damaged. Similarly, Tranquil Spa is not responsible for any unauthorised use of a voucher. 

Vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a higher value than that stored on the voucher on payment of the difference. 

Gift vouchers are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise and treatments at any Tranquil Day Spa. 

Vouchers are valid for 11 (eleven) months from the day of purchase.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time if Tranquil Spa considers it is reasonable and necessary in all the circumstances to do so. (e.g to change the scope of the gift voucher, service, notify of the services withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond our control.) Any such change and action to be taken as a result will be notified to customers in advance in all Spas and online.

Packages, spa days and vouchers cannot be re-sold, and may only be used for promotional purposes with written permission from the directors of Tranquil Spa (Hull) Ltd.
